Bettina is a holistic healer who supports people in reconnecting with themselves, their bodies and their own inner wisdom, while exploring the deeper patterns that shape their lives. Her journey has taken her from the corporate world, where she worked for more than two decades in executive recruitment and coaching, into energy healing, plant-spirit medicine and hypnotherapy.

Accredited as an Energy Healer with the International School of Intuition and Healing and holding a diploma in Social Science, she brings a blend of professional experience, academic knowledge and intuitive understanding to her work.

Deeply committed to creating a safe, compassionate and supportive space, Bettina helps people release old patterns, reconnect with their inner guidance and move through personal change with greater clarity, courage and self-trust. Through her work with women, she is particularly passionate about exploring the sacred cycles of life and the deeper dimensions of the feminine, helping them honour the different stages, seasons and wisdom that each can bring.

She is also a tutor at the International School of Intuition and Healing, where she supports students in developing their intuitive and healing abilities and discovering their own path as healers.
