Those who are highly sensitive have many incredible gifts to offer the world, particularly at this important historical moment. However, empaths and HSP often take on the world's pain into their physical, emotional, and spiritual body and are subsumed and overwhelmed, particularly in a fast-moving world with multiple sensory stimuli.
These classes will help you to understand your gifts more, recognise them as a strength and offer guidance and tools, that will help empower, nurture, ground, and embrace your gifts of sensitivity. We will also look at the history and science around being an empath, some common relational and social dynamics. It will also include practical tools and support to help you manage your energy and that will help support you in day-to-day life – so that you can remain sensitive but also grounded, nurtured, and confident.

COURSE OUTLINE

• Science behind being an empath and different kinds of empath.
  Find out a little about the history and science being an empath, along with different kinds of empaths and other related experiences.
• Energy transference, protection and boundaries, What's mine and what's yours?
  Begin to gain the tools to identify your own emotional states and the states that are projected unconsciously by others.
• The Hero’s Journey – looking at the shadow, the under belly of the empath
  An outline of the hero's journey in general and what this often entails specifically for the empath.
• Vulnerability and Power
  How to alchemise your vulnerability and turn it into your superpower.
• Mythology and new paradigm
  Looking at ancient stories and exploring how myth connects us to deeper truths at the heart of human experience. This gives the empath fresh orientation in the world.
• Archetypes
  Developing further on mythology and how we harness the power of our sensitivity, looking at archetypes more specifically - both their power and danger.
• Too much/Not enough
  Imposter syndrome is often a big part of what an empath has to overcome. Gain tools for boosting authentic confidence and self-esteem.
• The Empath and the Narcissist
  Often depicted as a dichotomous relationship but it is one of the richest learning tools for an empath.

Empaths Monthly Container

For those wanting to continue receiving support and to continue their learning journey, access to the Empaths and Highly Sensitive People monthly container is available on completion of the course. This is a pay-as-you-go group that meets monthly to continue to practice, gain tools and knowledge, and to build community.
