Cord Cutting is a powerful healing practice that helps you release unhealthy energetic attachments while keeping love, compassion and wisdom intact.

Energetic cords can form with people, places, situations, objects, habits, social media, past relationships and unresolved emotional patterns. Some cords are healthy and supportive. Others can drain your energy, keep you attached to the past, or make it difficult to move forward in your healing journey.

In this full-day online workshop, you will explore how Cord Cutting can support emotional healing, energetic freedom and healthier relationships.

You will learn how to:

• Understand what energetic cords are and why they form
• Recognise the difference between healthy and unhealthy cords
• Identify where cords may be affecting your energy field
• Understand how cords can drain energy or create emotional attachment
• Practise safe and ethical cord-cutting methods
• Cleanse, seal and strengthen your energy after cord cutting
• Reclaim your own energy with clarity and compassion
• Create healthier energetic boundaries and connections
• Work with protection, grounding and integration after cord cutting

This workshop includes teaching, guided meditation, practical energy work, reflective exercises, drawing-based practice and space for questions.

Important Prerequisite for Cord Cutting

To attend the Cord Cutting workshop, you must already have a good working knowledge of energy management, grounding and energetic protection, as well as prior knowledge of the chakras and subtle bodies.

If you have not previously done energy management work, you are required to attend the Energy Management workshop on Saturday 15 August before joining the Cord Cutting workshop on Sunday 16 August.

This is to ensure that everyone has the grounding, protection and energetic awareness needed to work safely, ethically and effectively.
