Soul Retrieval Workshop
A Full-Day Experiential Training in Working with the Wounded Child
Saturday, 3 October 2026
Live in London
with TUTOR
There are experiences we move on from, but sometimes a part of us remains connected to what happened.
That part may still carry the fear, hurt, confusion or unmet need of the child we were at the time.
Soul Retrieval is a way of reconnecting with these wounded or disconnected aspects of the self - listening to what they need, supporting their return and helping them integrate into the person we are today.
This full-day experiential workshop takes you deeper into the Soul Retrieval methodology.
Designed for existing practitioners and those who already have an understanding of energy management and complementary practices, the day combines personal experience with practical learning. You will first explore the process for yourself before learning the structure, questions and principles involved in guiding another person through it.
The approach is grounded, structured and practical, with a strong emphasis on safety, consent, ethics and the care needed before, during and after Soul Retrieval work.
WHAT YOU'LL EXPLORE
During the workshop, you will:
- Develop a clear understanding of Soul Retrieval and how emotional wounding may cause aspects of the self to become disconnected
- Explore the wounded child and the needs that may still be held by this aspect of the self
- Experience the Soul Retrieval process for yourself
- Learn a clear and structured approach to the methodology
- Explore the questions and prompts used to support the process
- Practise guiding another person through a Soul Retrieval experience
- Learn how to support integration following Soul Retrieval
- Explore the importance of consent, boundaries, safety and ethical practice
- Consider how Soul Retrieval may complement your existing practitioner work
FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE TO PRACTICAL UNDERSTANDING
Soul Retrieval is not simply about finding a wounded aspect of ourselves and bringing it back.
The conversation matters.
What happened?
What does this child need?
What needs to be understood or acknowledged?
Is this aspect ready to return?
And what happens after it does?
During the workshop, you will explore the questioning process that sits at the heart of the methodology and learn how to approach the wounded child without forcing, fixing or imposing an outcome.
You will also look at integration - how the needs identified during the process can continue to be acknowledged and supported in everyday life.
This is not a day of sitting and listening to theory.
The workshop is designed to give you an experiential understanding of Soul Retrieval.
WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR?
This workshop is designed for people who already have some experience of working with energy, healing or complementary practices, including:
Energy healers and other healing practitioners
Therapists and practitioners who work with clients
Yoga teachers and practitioners with relevant experience
Those who understand grounding, energetic protection and responsible energy management
ISIH Healing Course graduates wishing to refresh or deepen their understanding of Soul Retrieval
Practitioners interested in incorporating Soul Retrieval principles into their existing work
Please note:
This is not an introductory energy-management workshop.
Participants should already have a basic understanding of grounding, protecting and managing their own energy and of working responsibly with others.
If you are unsure whether your current experience is suitable, please get in touch with us before booking.
