Nervous System Reset: Rest & De-Stress with Tamrin Feldman-Laporta
A calming, spirit-led session using breathwork, sound tools, and guided meditation to restore the nervous system and energetic balance.

Refreshments

There will be teas, coffees, soft drinks, fruit, and biscuits available throughout the day, along with a light cold snack-style lunch. A vegan option will be available, and all refreshments are included in the entry price.
